What Kendu is, and how to join in

KENDU is a token on Ethereum, also held on Solana and Base through the Wormhole bridge. It is a permissionless brand: anyone can build with the Kendu name. It has been community-run since January 2025.

Kendu is a permissionless brand: anyone can build under the name. As the free brand guide puts it, “No licence. No paywall. No ego.” There’s no dev and no company, so the regulars’ answer to “who’s the team?” is: you are.

  1. Say hi in the Kendu Telegram. Someone will ask how you found us.
  2. Type /daily there for the day’s votes and posts to share; it takes about five minutes.
  3. Join Monday’s Community Space on X, to listen or to speak.
  4. Post what you make on r/KenduInu_Ecosystem, or build something with the name.

Figures as of 28 Oct 2026. The brand’s own site, kendu.io, keeps its ecosystem list, brand-use policy and brand assets (in its menu). The policy: anyone may use the name for a product or service; no one may claim sole rights to it.

Official addresses

KENDU trades in the Uniswap pools on Ethereum, Aerodrome on Base and Raydium on Solana. Check the address above before any swap.

Other tokens use the name. These are not KENDU: Based Kendu on Base, named “Kendu Inu”, symbol KENDU (0x5597…b77b); a Solana token named “Kendu” (9qC1U2…bonk). On CoinGecko, KENDU’s own page is kendu; other pages there use the name too. Robinhood Chain has no official KENDU: the many “Kendu” tokens there are not KENDU (this site’s builder runs a small test there). KENDU itself was named Kendu Inu until 2025, so many of its own links (X, Telegram, Reddit) still say KenduInu. Check the address, not the name.

Who’s the team?

There is no dev and no company. The founder stepped down in January 2025; the community took over the channels, and his remaining 13.17B KENDU went into the community treasury. Everyone who helps is a volunteer. The regulars’ answer: you are the team.

Is there a roadmap?

No, on purpose: a roadmap makes people wait instead of build. The regulars say we are the roadmap. Builders ship when they’re ready, under their own names, and post progress in Telegram and on Reddit. KENDU’s story shows what has shipped so far.

Can I use the logo and the name?

Yes, free. Logos (the mask, the ears and more), colours and fonts are on kendu.io → Brand Assets. The brand-use policy asks one thing: don’t claim the name for yourself alone.

How can I help?

The daily votes and replies (type /daily in the Kendu Telegram), Monday’s Community Space on X, posting what you make, telling one person, or building something with the name.

Someone from Kendu messaged me. Is it real?

No. Nobody from Kendu messages first, asks for your wallet’s secret phrase or sends you to a “support” link. Check addresses against the official ones above, not against a name.
